Bridge Point Place’s house models planned for low-income segment – Aster and Iris models are two-bedroom single-attached houses priced at P750,000 and 970,000, respectively and can be availed through Pag-IBIG financing for as long 30 years. Monthly amortization starts at P4,397 for Aster and P4,983 for Iris. Reservation fee is only P5,000.
