Metrogate Silang Estates: Love at first site for the McDonnells

It was an accidental walk-in that brought them to Metrogate Silang Estates.  They drove around the property and explored the Town Center which included a children's playground, a jungle pool and swimming center, and a theme park.  What truly impressed Verona was the slope of the terrain, and the expansive and lush green foliage that surrounded the property.  “This was it, we didn’t look around anymore.  There was no other option.  It was love at first sight.”

Silang has provided the best of both worlds for the McDonnells—far enough to be serene, private and secure, yet close enough that you could easily go into the city for work and play.  Verona currently has businesses in Manila and Bulacan but still prefers to reside in Silang.  More accessible than ever, she is able to drive to Manila in under an hour and to Bulacan in just two hours.  The continuous development of the roads in the South and the completion of the Skyway have helped tremendously in the ease of travel to and from Silang.  “That’s the beauty of it.  (Transportation) is faster.  Before, we only had Aguinaldo Highway which is usually heavy on traffic.  So when Skyway was developed, and finished, it was easier.  It’s even better now with SLEX.”
