Eton City opens Santa’s Village at ActivFunZone
MANILA, Philippines - The Christmas season is a time for going to carnivals and bazaars as well as watching moving mannequin and musical shows in malls. There are also rare holiday spectacles worth experiencing to make the holidays memorable. Such opportunity comes at Eton City from Nov. 30 to Jan. 6, when the Santa’s Village opens to the public at the township project of Eton Properties Philippines. Inc. (EPPI) in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
Children and parents alike will surely enjoy the Santa’s Village, which will have giant displays according to the theme “12 days of Christmas.” Visitors can walk through and see the gigantic representation of the 12 gifts in the famous Christmas song. They will also enjoy the lights and sounds that come with the display and a giant Christmas tree at the center of the Santa’s Village.
The song “Twelve Days of Christmas” refers to the time that Christmas is traditionally celebrated, which is from Dec. 26, the first day after the birth of Jesus, until Jan. 6, when the Three Kings visited him. However, Eton City ’s giant display version of the Christmas carol at the Santa’s Village will be open for more than a month. The fun starts at 3 p.m. lasting until 8 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday. It is open one hour longer on the other remaining days so families can extend their time of being together. On Dec. 9 and 16, personalized mugs will be given away to the first 30 guests. With the holidays fast approaching, now is the perfect time to buy good finds at the bazaar which will be open within the activity field. Shop for gift items like food products, decors, toys, clothes, accessories and many more. To know more about the event, call 542-2858 to 59 or log on to www.etoncity.com.ph.
