Residents find their dream homes at Capri Oasis

- The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Today’s real estate industry is a buyer’s market. With so many options to choose from, buyers have their own reasons for choosing to buy one property instead of the other. Some of the most common reasons are price, location, design and other standard considerations. Ryan Esagre, however, has a very interesting story on why he decided to buy Capri Oasis by Filivest Land, instead of the other properties currently in the market. “My choice was inspired by Kris Aquino,” he said. “She’s my number one idol and she is the main reason I decided to buy Capri Oasis.”

Ryan Esagre is a Cebuano who relocated to Manila to study caregiving. His brother who is in London has been dangling London-based job opportunities to him but Ryan decided to stay in the Philippines and continue his studies. From a caregiver, he will soon be a full-fledged nurse. He shopped around looking at different properties in the market. After several trippings, he finally decided that his new home will be Capri Oasis. “I found what I was looking for in Capri Oasis: well ventilated medium rise buildings, lots of open spaces and the peace and quiet I wanted.”

Esagre’s neighbor Ernie Villadelrey agrees with Ryan. He said that the serene atmosphere in Capri Oasis is what attracted him most to the property. “It’s peaceful here,” shared the retired hotel employee. “It is conducive to relaxation, it is not far from the place where my kids grew up. It fits my budget and most of all the area is not prone to flooding. The property is also conveniently located. Schools, shopping malls are nearby plus public transport is 24/7.”

Ryan and Ernie may have different reasons for investing their hard-earned money in Capri Oasis but they strongly agree on one point. Both of them were impressed with the professionalism exhibited by the Filinvest employees. The sales managers in particular were very attentive.

Both of them also agree on the advice they would give new homebuyers. “Do your homework. Don’t be in a hurry, look around, compare. Don’t focus on the price, first, look at the quality. Expensive does not necessarily mean good quality, and reasonable does not always mean substandard. Look at the track record of the developer. Filinvest Land has been in the business for almost 50 years and is one of your best bets.”

Ryan and Ernie are only two of the many happy and satisfied homeowners of Capri Oasis. One of the many medium-rise themed communities of the Oasis brand developed by Filinvest Land . It is located along Sixto Antonio Avenue in Pasig . Literally a stone’s throw away from Tiendesitas, SM Hypermart along C5. An exciting addition to the growing portfolio of Oasis communities across Metro Manila which include the Balinese-inspired Bali Oasis along Marcos Highway, the Zen-inspired Asiana Oasis in Parañaque, the Italian-inspired Sorrento Oasis in Pasig, the pace generous Pacific island-themed Maui Oasis in Sta. Mesa, Manila, and One Oasis Ortigas, Cebu and Davao with its modern Asian look.

The builder of these dream homes, Filinvest Land, has a rich history spanning almost 50 years and has built more than 135,000 homes on over 2,350 hectares of land. Today, Filinvest Land ’s commitment to build the Filipino dream is as strong as ever. With new Filinvest communities rising all across the country, Filinvest continues to help Filipinos fulfill their ultimate dream - a home they can call their own.
