Robinsons Malls builds in Malolos, Bulacan

MANILA, Philippines - Robinsons Place Malolos, a full service 4 level shopping mall, is expected to open by last quarter of 2013 . Robinsons Place Malolos will be RLC’s 33rd mall and its second in the province of Bulacan. It will be built on a 2.6-hectare lot located along MacArthur Highway where there are business centers, hospitals, churches, residential developments, government offices and schools.

According to RLC general manager for commercial centers division Arlene Magtibay, the company now has six malls in Northern Luzon: Robinsons Starmills Pampanga, Robinsons Place Angeles, Robinsons Luisita, Robinsons Pulilan, Robinsons Cabanatuan, and Robinsons Place Calasiao.

The shopping mall will have a gross leasable space of 44,562 square meters and parking area amounting to 22,776 square meters or 535 slots which includes a multi level car park area.

Robinsons Place Malolos will have close to 200 tenants with Robinsons supermarket, Robinsons department store, Handyman, Robinsons appliance center and Robinsons movieworld as anchor tenants.
