MANILA, Philippines - Aspire Tower, the first of five upscale residential condominiums to be built at the 4.2 hectare Nuvocity, the flagship project of Nuvoland Philippines Inc, located in C5 corner Industria St. at Libis, Quezon City, is nearing completion. Nuvoland is expected to start turning over Aspire Tower to its new owners by the 3rd quarter of this year. Touted as the tallest and most luxurious residential condominium in Quezon City, the Aspire Tower is the seen as setting a new quality standard for residential condominium in Metro Manila.
Rally Martinez, president and CEO of Nuvoland, the developer of Nuvocity stated that his firm is in the forefront of providing the best quality homes for its clients, while still being able to compete on prices with similar competing developments. Mr. Martinez added, that using Nuvoland’s core competence in design, construction and supply chain processes, it is able to translate savings to better quality homes for its buyers. However, bottom line since real estate is about location, Aspire Tower and all the other future developments in Nuvocity will stand apart from other developments being strategically located in the middle of Metro Manila, accessible to both the North and South Luzon via C5
Aspire tower, which is a 49-story residential condominium, is currently the tallest building in Quezon City. Designed by CASAS Architects, headed by locally acclaimed arch Meloy Casas and master planned by Edmonds International of Mexico City. Aspire Tower is set to redefine the skyline and living style of Quezon City and Metro Manila, with its beautifully designed exterior and interiors.
Rally Martinez added that no stone was left unturned in its quest for total quality, starting with the advanced German building precast system used by BetonBau, the general contractor, to the meticulously chosen interior finishes by interior designer Isabel Berenguer Asuncion, which were all sourced from Europe, most of which came from the Porcelanosa Group of Spain. Porcelanosa Group is the only building materials company in Europe with a Royal Warrant, issued by no other than the British Royal family in recognition of the quality of their products. The products used in Aspire Tower are the same brands used and found in the various residences of the British Royal family. Mr. Martinez said, what more can you ask for in Nuvocity, beyond aspiring to live like the British Royals. This is consistent with Nuvoland’s philosophy of delivering more than it promises.
