Recio, founder of Rchitect, Inc. will feature 324 hotel rooms and 280 residential apartments—all generously-sized with European designs and refined furnishings. Aside from The Stratford Residences, Picar Place is also the home of Buddha Bar Manila, the most luxurious bar and restaurant in the country, and the biggest Buddha Bar restaurant in the world. The Movenpick Hotel and Resorts, and another magnificent tower of The Stratford Residences will also rise in this site. Picar Place is envisioned to be the living and a hospitality hub of the Makati district — featuring pioneering global hospitality, housing and entertainment concepts.
