McKinley Hill Cyberpark attracts US bank Wells Fargo

MANILA, Philippines - McKinley Hill Cyberpark, the largest information technology (IT) park to date of leading business process outsourcing (BPO) office landlord Megaworld Corp., has attracted another marquee locator: Wells Fargo & Co. of the United States.

Wells Fargo & Co. is a US-wide, diversified, community-based financial services co. with $1.3 trillion in assets.

Its local subsidiary, Wells Fargo Philippines Solutions, occupies two floors at 8 and 10 Upper McKinley Road. The company will also lease out a campus-type building currently being constructed also in McKinley Hill Cyberpark.

Wells Fargo joins other high-profile BPO locators at the 14-hectare McKinley Hill Cyberpark, including Accenture, HP and Thomson Reuters.

The entry of Wells Fargo bodes well for McKinley Hill Cyberpark, which is now on a rapid expansion mode, with the ongoing construction of the four-tower Science Hub beside the Venice Piazza commercial and retail area.
