New residential tower ground breaks at San Juan City's center of prosperity

MANILA, Philippines - Premiere property developer Ortigas & Co. broke ground last February 15 for the latest address of choice in the metro, Viridian—a 53-storey luxury residential tower at the center of Greenhills that offers one the opportunity to live in the midst of convenience and good fortune.

Viridian will house signature features like the Sky Garden—a patch of green made for lounging and entertainment, that is located in at least one floor and landscaped using plant species endemic to the Philippines.

Recreational spaces such as swimming pools with cabanas and a fitness center will also be put in place.

“We envision the tower to be a landmark of luxury where residents can feel like they are going home to a five star hotel everyday with its superb amenities and services,” explains Santos.
