Anchor Land among BCI Asia's Top 10 Developers

MANILA, Philippines - Listed property developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. (ALHI) has been named one of the Philippines’ top 10 developers for 2011 by BCI Asia for its outstanding performance and consistency in delivering world-class condominiums. Leading its line-up of high-end projects is the renovation of the legendary Admiral Hotel on Roxas Boulevard into a luxury boutique hotel named Admiral BaySuites with an adjoining 53-storey residential condominium. Having started operations in late 2005, ALHI is considered one of the youngest companies among this year’s awardees.
