Special three-day brokers' exam review set

MANILA, Philippines - In response to the many requests from prospective examinees, URBAN Institute of Real Estate will conduct its three-day special review classes to everyone, in addition to its present participants who are taking the required 120-credit-unit training seminars at the Asian Institute of Management in Makati City . This is to fully prepare and give equal passing chances to everyone in preparation for the first board examination for real estate brokers to be given by Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on March 27, 2011.

There will be three review sections, two with morning/afternoon classes (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and one with afternoon/evening classes (4: pm to 10 pm), all of which will be held at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).

The review will cover all the subjects prescribed by Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRB-RES) and will include but not limited to the following: Fundamentals of Property Ownership; Code of Ethics and Responsibilities; Legal Requirements for Real Estate Service Practice; Real Estate Brokerage Practice; Subdivision Development; Condominium Concept and other types of real estate holdings; Real Estate Finance and Economics; Basic Principles of Ecology; Urban and Rural Land Use; Planning, Development and Zoning; Legal Aspect of Sale, Mortgage and Lease;  Documentation and Registration; Real Property Laws; Real Estate Taxation and other subjects that may be later prescribed.

Engr. Enrico S. Cruz, 1st and 8th placer in the real estate appraisers and brokers board examination respectively will personally conduct the review to be assisted by Prof. Atty. Rex Enrico V. Cruz III, and other real estate experts.
