Landco's Tribeca Tower 4 complete

MANILA, Philippines - Two of the most esteemed names in creative property development joined forces in the recent culminating ceremony to mark the completion of Tribeca Private Residences’ Tower 4. Tribeca Private Residences’ Tower 4, called Bryant Place, was the site of the ceremonial topping off led by the vice chairman of Landco Pacific Corporation Alfred Xerez-Burgos, Jr., its president and CEO Alfred S. Xerez-Burgos III, ATR KimEng Land, Corp.’s chairman of the board Manuel N. Tordesillas, and ATR KimEng Land, Inc.’s president Renato L. Leveriza, Jr.

The topping off ceremony, explains Alfred Xerez-Burgos III “is a milestone event that symbolizes that the structure is finished and the edifice has reached the top.” To properly “finish” Bryant Place, the guests of honor laid cement into the tower’s foundation using ceremonial gold-plated shovels then ceremoniously poured cement into the tower’s foundation. They were then led outside the structure for the symbolic release of four giant white balloons. Guests composed of unit owners and potential buyers also released smaller red balloons to celebrate the completion of the tower.

ATR KimEng Land, Corp.’s chairman of the board Manuel N. Tordesillas, in his closing remarks stated that “the topping off ceremony is a celebration of all the hard work that was given by the whole team.”
