The Salazars bought the two 150-square meter lots from Robinsons Homes at a very affordable price. This, Andrew says, is an excellent deal considering real estate prices now have appreciated.

It was not only the price that made San Jose Estates the sensible choice for the Salazars. They wanted to build a single detached house that could accommodate extra rooms for relatives and friends and a yard for their son.

Undeniably, it is the quality of life offered by San Jose Estates that convinced Andrew and his wife to invest in this subdivision. Safety and security was another consideration and the gated community, with security guards, offered all that.

“The air is cleaner. The nights are quieter, too, as there are very few cars that pass the highway near our subdivision. The environment is more serene,” Andrew says.

What Andrew and his family also like is that San Jose Estates is accessible to major routes, despite the distance from major business and commercial hubs.

“There are many available routes going to nearby cities and business districts and traveling is very easy,” Andrew shares.
