Federal breaks new ground with Beijing Tower

-

MANILA, Philippines - “Real estate is and has always been the greatest wealth builder in history.” A number of internationally-released best-selling books claim so, and was indeed proven factual.  But unlike usual “paper” investments, real estate is not subject to fluctuations common to stock or bond markets. A property venture continues to provide a steady return on investment because it is a constant need, especially so if the property is highly sought-after.

“Real estate investments are extensively considered the ultimate security and a solid base for increasing riches because property values boost over time,” shares Jose Mari Banzon, general manager of Federal Land. “Timing and the right property count the most, though.”

One such smart investment is Federal Land’s Beijing Tower, the second high-rise structure of the prestigious The Capital Towers, which is strategically located along E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue in Quezon City.

A fitting follow-up to Athens, the first tower, the Beijing Tower stands at an impressive height of 38 storeys. As such, it boasts of an unobstructed view of the Makati skyline in the south, the breathtaking sight of the Antipolo mountains in the east, and the romantic horizons of the Manila Bay in the west.

Enviable location. Location is one investment rule of thumb. “With such a strategic access to major transportation lines and being just across E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave., most investors see the potential of The Capital Tower’s Beijing Tower,” Banzon says.

Its studios and one-bedroom units create huge rental opportunities considering the strong leasing demand within the area. A number of medical professionals working from the nearby St. Luke’s Medical Center as well as neighboring students from Trinity University of Asia and St. Joseph’s College consider living closer to their workplace and school, respectively, to help them manage money, time and energy.

Prestige with a Capital P. Reinforcing the trademark prestige of living at The Capital Towers is its porte cochere, a grand driveway leading up to the E. Rodriguez main road access. The road makes the address even more strategic as it connects to the business center in Cubao and the nightlife spots in Tomas Morato.

The Beijing Tower also poses as a significant asset to executives from two of the country’s biggest television conglomerates, ABS-CBN and GMA 7, who can enjoy easy access to work in a shorter commute time with a main access road just across this condominium.

Master-planned community. As part of this three-tower project, a smart investor knows that the cost of Beijing Tower will appreciate over its “time in the market” with the turnover of Athens Tower, the first building, in October and the fully operational commercial arcade at the ground level.

Besides its cosmopolitan amenities – it boasts of a well-equipped fitness center, leisure and recreational facilities – the Beijing Tower will house on the podium level a daycare center, a business center and a multi-purpose hall which again will add to the property’s value. Security systems are in place along with modern-day conveniences one may only find in first-class hotels.

Functional and stylish units. Part of its engineering and design are efficient space planning features in all types of units. A choice of studio, one, and two-bedroom units are available to fit one’s requirements, including exciting three-bedroom units to cater the growing needs of a family. Glass floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural light and ventilation not common to all condominium developments.
