Colorful summer activities mark Ohana Place's 'Aloha 2010!' event

-

MANILA, Philippines - Ohana Place, property developer DMCI Homes’ first mid-rise condominium village thriving in Las Pinas City, recently held a pre-summer open house event dubbed “Aloha 2010!” The occasion further highlights the relaxing Hawaiian lifestyle encouraged by the exemplary project, allowing prospective clients and potential residents a glimpse at its resort-like amenities. The development has seven 5-storey buildings, some of which have just been completed and their corresponding units turned over to new owners.

“Aloha!” greeted visitors with many colorful pinwheels decked across pathways and the property clubhouse, the Luau Pavilion. The attendees were welcomed with multi-colored leis, and treated to cool snacks like slush drinks and pizza cones. A three-woman group, dressed in entrancing Hawaiian hula garb, performed four dance numbers during the afternoon event.

Francia Go, DMCI Homes’ Project Development Specialist, enthused that the “Aloha!” open house event attracted a number of potential new unit owners, and that the activities encouraged family bonding and creativity. “There were different activities for kids: tie dye-making, floral garland-making and wooden bracelet making,” Go said. “Since our target market is families, our activities are focused on kids. Once they live here, the kids will really enjoy the mountain slides and water cascades. Everything is leaning towards the Hawaiian theme also to highlight the atmosphere of the development.” Guests now get a clearer idea of living in the unique environment, she added. “The central amenities have been finished. All the amenity areas, the pool, and the basketball court are now visible to clients.”
