Magnolia Place 2 buildings ready for occupancy

-

MANILA, Philippines - After its celebrated launch in 2009, the residents of Quezon City were excited by the prospect of having a second DMCI Homes project right within their locality, impressed with the reputation established by the developer in other cities of the greater metro where thriving communities carry the brand of this medium rise, resort-themed development specialist.

Magnolia Place is marketed as a community where “inspiration flourishes.” This February, unit buyers have the chance to live that dreamy lifestyle within the 3.29-hectare property which is turning over to residents its first two buildings: Liana and Verawood.

“This milestone signifies the completion of major deliverables and marks the beginning of Magnolia Place towards a full-bloom community,” declared Adamor U. Trinidad, DMCI Homes’ Project Director. “This was achieved through DMCI Homes’ strengths in on-time delivery of projects and quality craftsmanship. This is our formula for success, which we aim to maintain through skillful management and constant improvement of processes.”

Backed by a peerless track record of more than 50 years in the construction industry through its mother firm, DMCI Construction, DMCI Homes, which is also marking its 10th year, continues to carve a favorable image in the property sector by creating an impressive portfolio of projects, such as Magnolia Place .

Such industry experience allows the company to innovate through distinct structural design concepts such as the single-row and double-row building configurations – thus providing unit buyers a variety of options to enjoy their urban living experience at Magnolia Place.

Liana, which is the first tower to welcome residents entering the property, is a single-row building that provides the luxury of exclusivity, through a layout that affords prime space and the allotment of only 11 units per floor.

Engr. Ranie M. Calimbas, DMCI Homes’ Project Manager, referred to the single-row configuration as a new design concept for DMCI Homes. “It was utilized for maximum and efficient usage of the lay of the land. We had the option to make it a double-row building, but that would eat up on the open space, and since we pride our company for coming up with attractive developments that have generous spaces, we decided to use the single-row model. It turned out to offer more privacy for unit owners,” he said.

On the other hand, Verawood is a double-row building that can accommodate only 16 units per floor. DMCI Homes is responsible for promoting this attractive building design, which is now imitated by competing projects.
