MANILA, Philippines - A grand display of Nobleland Ventures Inc.’s construction milestones for its premier project – The Exchange Regency – will be staged on March 17, 2010 as the company marks its topping-off ceremony for its emerging structure.
This important event will be held at The Exchange Regency project site located at the convergence point of Exchange Road, Meralco Avenue and Jade Drive in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. To witness this auspicious occasion are the owners and stakeholders, including unit buyers of The Exchange Regency and representatives from the project’s design and construction team: Asya Design Partner, C-E Construction, Asian Technician Managers and Consultants, Inc., Aromin and Sy, sales managers and other distinguished guests.
Symbolic gestures will be performed to signify the topping-off ceremony, including the signing of the last slab by the officers of Nobleland Ventures, Inc., representatives of consultants and contractors and unit buyers. The unit buyers, as the direct beneficiaries of the project, will then lead the pouring of the last concrete slab to complete the ceremony.
After the morning’s activities, an open house will be held on the same day to reinforce the continued progress of the development. Guests and clients will be invited to get a glimpse of the model units at The Exchange Regency showroom located along Julia Vargas Ave., between San Miguel and Meralco Avenues, which will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
