PABA,DLSU property mgt course
MANILA, Philippines - An ongoing Post Graduate Certificate Program on Property Management (PGCPM) is being offered by the De La Salle University (DLSU) through its Center for Professional Development in Business and Economics (CPDBE) in cooperation with the Philippine Association of Building Administrators (PABA). Titled “Integrated Property Management,” the 42-hour course will give the participants a comprehensive overview of integrated property management as applied in property management. The 14 three-hour sessions will begin on March 16, and will be conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 9 p.m. at 5/F DLSU-Graduate School of Business Campus, RCBC Plaza Tower 2 at the corner of Ayala Avenue and Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City. The PGCPM is a series of seven 42-hour modules designed for trade professionals of the country’s building administrators, property managers and developers of office and residential condominiums, commercial buildings, malls and shopping centers, industrial, educational, recreational, townhouse and subdivision development projects. It is also aimed at those wanting to pursue a career in the property management industry. Managers, especially property managers, will broaden the perspective by presenting different types of properties that a property manager maybe engaged to manage, and how different types of properties may be developed and managed. It aims to present the finer aspects of developing and managing different types of properties. Each participant earns the DLSU Certificate on Property Management upon completion of the seven modules and submission of the requirements.
