IT park gains inroads

MANILA, Philippines - Despite being a relative newcomer, Megaworld-run McKinley Hill Cyberpark in Fort Bonifacio is fast becoming a force to be reckoned with among IT parks.

Last year, counting only about three months of operations, McKinley Hill Cyberpark posted $10.7 million in service exports, according to Peza. With the huge growth in the numbers of company locators and employees, Megaworld is expecting the full-year 2009 export figures for McKinley Hill Cyberpark to grow exponentially as a result.
