MANILA, Philippines - Phinma Property Holdings Corp. is spending around P550 million for their newest affordable residential project in Quezon City, called Flora Vista.
Phinma president and CEO Willie Uy said it is their commitment to continuously provide the affordable housing market an opportunity to own homes in the city. “We know the affordable market is a serious buyer or investor and this is the reason we continue to develop housing units for such group,” he said.
Uy added that during the height of the economic crisis, they had more buyers looking for affordable housing units.
Phinma has allocated around P143 million this year as capital expenditure budget, mostly for its existing projects.
Situated near Commonwealth avenue in Quezon City, Flora Vista is strategically located near public transport, schools, and commercial establishments giving the homeowner accessibility of living within the confines of a bustling metropolis without the burden of going through metro traffic, company officials said.
Apart from accessibility, they added that the development also includes a clubhouse, gymnasium, playground, basketball court and a multipurpose function hall, amenities that would allow the residents to work and play hard.
