Landco breaks ground

MANILA, Philippines - Real estate developer Landco launched WoodGrove Park clubhouse construction with a ground-breaking ceremony.

WoodGrove Park is one of Landco’s newest developments in San Fernando City, Pampanga. The 48-hectare property, just off of Don Serafin Lazatin Ave., is set to be a premier residential community in Pampanga.

The development will feature a 2.5-hectare amenity block that will include jogging trails, interest trails, a pool, and a clubhouse with a 250-person capacity.

“The clubhouse and amenity block will be a centerpiece that all homeowners will enjoy,” said Alfred Xerez-Burgos, Jr. Landco vice chairman. “Woodgrove Park will be a residential community in a league of its own because of its world-class facilities.”

Also present were San Fernando City Mayor Oscar Rodriguez and Central Weyland Properties director, Dr. Leopoldo Lazatin.

“WoodGrove Park is a welcome development in Pampanga,” said Mayor Rodriguez. “It will benefit our local economy, and already, it has attracted more investors in the adjacent lots.”

Completion of the clubhouse is set for June 2009 while 80 percent of the lots in Cluster 1 have already been sold.

WoodGrove Park is a joint venture development of Landco Pacific Corporation with Central Weyland Properties, Inc.
