PABA courses on property mgmt set

MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Association of Building Administrators, Inc. (PABA), the country’s foremost and biggest association of property managers and building administrators in its continuing effort to professionalize the property management industry by providing property management education and skill enhancement techniques in the country, will conduct a series of short course seminars that aims to further improve and enhance industry practitioners’ knowledge in Property and Building Administration to encourage the highest standard of practice in the industry.

The five short course seminars are scheduled as follows: Course 1, Oral Communication Skills (Jan. 23 & 30, 2009), Course 2, Engineering for Non-Engineers (Feb. 20 & 27, 2009), Course 3, Appraisal in Building Management (March 20 and 27, 2009), Course 4, Budgeting for Building Operations (May 8 & 15, 2009), Course 5, Interpret a Master Deed (May 22 & 29, 2009).

The 4th course will be conducted by Engr. Larry F. Dimagiba, Jr. — director and vice president, PABA and CMAP-president and COO, H&D Group of Companies, Inc., May 8 and 15, 2009, 6-9 p.m. at the Citimotors Training Room, Pasong Tamo, Makati City.
