Central Park completed

MANILA, Philippines - The Lion’s Park Residences (LPR), a condominium complex in Sun Valley, Parañaque City, inaugurated its Central Park late last month. The Central Park offers leisure amenities such as a multi-purpose pavilion, play area, garden, and a swimming pool. The LPR, a 1.9-hectare condominium complex located near premier business centers and leisure destinations, is developed by CDC Realty, Inc.

The four structures surrounding the Central Park will also start development by the start of this quarter. Fencing and the building of walkways leading to these residential condos will be the preliminary work to be completed, after which the construction of Fox, Elephant, Alpaca, and Dolphin condominium buildings will proceed. The Dolphin will be the first to be built in the cluster, and is projected to be 80 percent complete by June.

Already erect in Lion’s Park are the Camel, Codfish, Butterfly, Antelope, and Bison. Also in the drawing board are a commercial and a parking building.
