The Philippine Association of Building Administrators, Inc. (PABA), the country’s foremost and biggest association of property managers and building administrators in its continuing effort to professionalize the property management industry by providing property management education and skill enhancement techniques in the country, will conduct a series of short course seminars that aims to further improve and enhance industry practitioners’ knowledge in Property and Building Administration to encourage the highest standard of practice in the industry.
The five short course seminars are scheduled as follows: Course 1: Oral Communication Skills (January 23 & 30, 2009); Course 2; Engineering for Non-Engineers (February 20 & 27, 2009); Course 3: Appraisal in Building Management (March 20 & 27, 2009); Course 4; Budgeting for building Operations (April 17 & 24, 2009); Course 5: Interpret a Master Deed (May 22 & 29, 2009).
The first course will be conducted by Vivien Carmona Banzuelo, January 23 and 30, 2009, 6-9 p.m. at the Citimotors Training Room, Pasong Tamo, Makati City.
