McKinley Hill Cyberpark finishes 2 new towers

Imagine having the flexibility to expand vertically or horizontally to up to 3,000 square meters of floor space depending on your company’s cost and operational requirements.

This is what the country’s top business process outsourcing (BPO) office buildings developer, Megaworld Corporation, is giving to locators of Two World Square and Three World Square, the pioneering firm’s new additions to its business process outsourcing (BPO) hub in McKinley Hill Cyberpark, Fort Bonifacio.

Being adjacent to each other, the same floors of Two World Square and Three World Square can be interconnected should the locators demand a seamless horizontal space for easier maintenance and cost efficiency.

“Megaworld Corp. is designing its BPO buildings according to the needs of the locators so their operations will become more efficient. Based on experience, we know that the traffic of people, equipment and documents will be easier if an office is spread in a single floor. This also allows better layout and space management across two buildings, in this case, Two and Three World Square,” Megaworld FVP for business development Jericho Go said.

The Two World Square and Three World Square towers have 15 floors each. The floor plates are around 1,509.8 square meters, so combining two floors will give locators more than 3,000 square meters of horizontal space.
