Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), through its Housing and Land Development Division (HLDD), recently held the blessing of the Wilrose Court, Rosewood Parkhomes’ clubhouse, a residential subdivision Barrio Cutcut, Angeles, Pampanga. “The name Wilrose Court takes inspiration from the world famous Wilson Rose Garden in Wilson, North Carolina,” says Marilu Alferez, RLC-HLDD senior vice president and general manager. “The new clubhouse will be a venue where residents can have parties, celebrate and have fun with their families and friends.” Aside from the Wilrose Court clubhouse, other amenities include a gate and guardhouse, swimming pool, children’s play area and a basketball court.
Rosewood Parkhomes is the 3rd project of RLC-HLDD in Pampanga. This 2.98 hectare mid cost residential subdivision is a joint venture project with Rosalie Henson-Naguiat, a board member of Don Pepe Henson Enterprises Inc. The project’s strategic location along the Fil-Am Friendship Highway provides easy access to basic community amenities such as schools, churches, malls, and wet markets. The Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway is also in close proximity, making Subic easily accessible to residents.
“ Adding to the project’s strategic location is the complete, energized and water system already installed and operational. Lot owners can now start constructing their houses and enjoy the subdivision facilities,” according to Alferez.
As Rosewood Parkhomes is currently 98% sold out, lot owners may opt to have their own house design constructed or choose from RLC’s Dream Homes Collections. The Dream Homes Collections comprise of 10 new house designs that takes inspiration from Contemporary Asian, American Country, Tropical Asian, English Country, Mediterranean and Bahay na Bato themes.
