A sales success story unfolds

For a real estate project headlined as “The Grand Address of Success,” One Central – the most ambitious, most expensive project to date of #1 residential and business process outsourcing (BPO) condominiums developer Megaworld Corporation – has become a winner in itself.

Meanwhile, the amenities have been designed to dazzle residents. As they approach the building, they will be greeted by the only Forest Park in the Makati CBD. It will feature tall trees, flowering plants and a cascading water feature.
