The, Philippine Association of Building Administrators, Inc. (PABA), the country’s foremost and biggest association of property managers and building administrators in its continuing effort to professionalize the property management industry by providing property management education and skill enhancement techniques in the country, will conduct a series of short course seminars that aims to further improve and enhance industry practitioners knowledge in Property and Building Administration to encourage the highest standard of practice in the industry.
The four short course seminars are scheduled as follows: Course 1: Engineering for Non-Engineers (March 28, 2008 & April 4, 2008); Course 2 Oral Communication Skills (April 18 & 25, 2008); Course 3: Budgeting for Building Operations (May 16 & 23, 2008); Course 4: Interpret a Master Deed (June 20 & 27, 2008).
The first course will be conducted by Julian G. Bay, March 28, 2008 & April 4, 2008, 6-9pm at the Citimotors Training Room, Pasong Tamo, Makati City.
