The Beacon, a benchmark-setting high rise residential condominium at the corner of Chino Roces and Arnaiz Avenue (formerly Pasay Road), had its grounbreaking ceremony recently — just three months after official selling began.
Leading the ceremony were project principals such as Helen Dee, Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation chairman; Lorenzo Tan, RCBC president; Roberto Jose Castillo (EEI president and CEO); Architect Albert Yu; Francisco Licuanan III, Geo Estate Development Corp. and New Pacific chairman; and Manuel Colayco, Jr., Geo Estate and New Pacific president.
