Anchor Land: On top of the dev’t game

Mayfair Tower is scheduled to be finished by 2nd quarter of 2008 and construction is estimated to cost around P850 million. By the time of its completion, ALHI’s third development, the Mandarin Square, must, also be well catching up in the construction phase.

“We are proud to say we are well on track with our target completion scheduled on the second quarter of 2008. As a serious player in the market, we always strive to deliver good quality products to our customers and to turn over within 2-3 years time per project,” says Li.

At this time, msot of Mayfair units have already been sold. But two-and three-bedroom units facing the Manila Bay area as well as the 36 square emter single bedroom units are still available.
