Landmark dev’t at Lakefront City Central

-

A progressively growing Metro South unveils another world-class urban development courtesy of Vista Land, the country’s largest home builder. Welcome to Lakefront City Central, Manila’s next great metropolitan hub. Perched on 60 hectares of prime property in the heart of Sucat, this massive development offers residential, commercial, business and institutional enclaves inspired by the San Francisco Bay Area. Its topography affords residents an unobstructed 180-degree view of Laguna de Bay and the Sierra Madre mountains. In addition, its close proximity to the airport and the Makati and Ortigas business districts makes it the most viable urban development this side of Manila.

Amidst the scenic bayside idyll, Lakefront City Central is masterplanned to become a premier destination rife with energy, activity and growth. Done in partnership with the landed Marfori-Posadas family noted for their legacy of excellence in developing residential communities, it will be the ultimate cosmopolitan center — a dynamic city unto itself where residents can live, work and play.

Home Central

Lakefront City Central is currently in the first phase of development. This includes 26 hectares of residential clusters under Vista Land subsidiaries Brittany Corporation and Crown Asia, both renowned leaders in the local housing landscape.

Unlike other developments where things are still on the drawing board, these clusters have already become a thriving community of neighborhoods. There is the completed La Posada, with its single-detached homes adorned with lovely bay windows and porches; Victorianne, pastel colored townhomes reminiscent of San Francisco’s Postcard Row; Presidio, a complex of six to eight low-rise condos with intertwined commercial establishments; and The Marfori, an exclusive enclave of high-rise condominiums.

A testament to Lakefront City Central’s continuous progress is the soon to be completed clubhouse at La Posada. This neo-Victorian inspired complex houses the community’s basketball courts, pocket gardens, a free-form pool, viewing deck and al fresco areas for events. A topping off ceremony was held for Viera, the first Tower of The Marfori on October 6, 2007. Now open for viewing are the 2-bedroom model units of stylish but affordable Presidio and the 1-bedroom model unit of The Marfori, the only high-rise property with a 180o -view of Laguna de Bay.

In the pipeline will be exclusive mid-high rise residential condos and multi-family homes all offering a view of the Laguna de Bay and the soon to open Central Park.

Fun Central

Vista Land makes ample space for leisure in this spirited San Francisco-themed development. To complement these existing communities is Lakefront City Central’s very own lifestyle and entertainment complex spanning eight hectares. This includes The Wharf, already a recognized hotspot where Metro South residents come to enjoy good food and music.

Located right off the Sucat Exit and highly visible from along the East Service Road, The Wharf is home to such establishments as Figaro, Grappa’s, Dencio’s Grill, Hap Chan, Pancake House, Brother’s Burger and Murasaki. Kids can learn dance and music at the Bay Center for Music and Arts. For an evening of swing and boogie, there’s the 60s inspired dance bar In The Mood.

Work Central

Rounding off Lakefront City Central’s grand master plan is an interactive central business district. Soon, it will be home to offices, call center and business process outsourcing facilities and various commercial establishments. A commercial transport park will be integrated to make the daily commute easy and pleasant. Also in the horizon are institutional establishments like first-rate schools, a hospital, a cultural center and a museum.

Green Central

At Lakefront City Central, you can find a place where NATURE plays a major role in providing a cool and refreshing environment. Tree-lined entrance driveways soothe your senses as you traverse the avenues. Lakefront’s Central Park will make you discover the pleasures and benefits of walking in any of the Park Trails. Relax your mind, de-stress and recharge in front of the man-made lagoon. You can commune with nature in the Japanese tea garden adorned by a distinctive selection of plants and rock formations.

InnerConnectivity

Vista Land is making sure that Lakefront City Central is as accessible as it is livable. There will be four major access points—the East Service Road by Sucat Exit; the East Service Road, a kilometer away from the Bicutan Exit; the South Railway that spans from Clark, Pampanga to Bicol; and the Circumferential Road 6 link. It is also 20 minutes away from Makati and is at the gateway to growing southern urban centers like Sta. Rosa and Cavite. The almost completed Marfori Avenue will link the whole of Lakefront from Sucat all the way to the C6 gateway, making the Presidio community more accessible.

For inquiries on Lakefront City Central, please call 850-2868 or 837-3851 (for Marfori and Victorianne) and 871-3882 or 873-8412 (for Presidio).
