Its conceptual designer is the world-renowned Jerde Partnership with Filipino architectural firm Roger Villarosa Architects and Associates. Excavation for The Gramercy will start in November 2007, according to CCDC Project Director Raul Alvarez.
Fully-fitted, fully-furnished and fully-serviced units, a concept pioneered by the company, are among the biggest selling points of the project. It will also feature a six-level lifestyle and entertainment center.
