Camella dominates north of Metro Manila

Siena Villa is composed of carefully laid out townhomes to ensure the privacy of its residents. Maximizing space for comfortable living configurations, the Florentina model has a floor area of 55 sq.m. on a 63 sq.m. lot comes with three bedrooms and a toilet and bath. The community is located along Bagumbong Road in Valenzuela City, which is adjacent to the city of Caloocan.

Nova Romania. An 18-hectare prime residential development, Nova Romania is a Mediterranean-inspired community comprised of single-detached homes. Future residents can live in practical luxury with its selection of full two-storey home models: Bellita, with a floor area of 50 sq.m. on an 80 sq.m. lot; Carmela, with a floor area of 64 sq.m. on an 80 sq.m. lot; and Drina, with a floor area of 81 sq. m. on a 99 sq.m. lot. Nova Romania is located along Deparo Road in Novaliches, which is right in the heart of Caloocan City, making it accessible from the major cities of Manila and Quezon City.

El Paseo. The recently opened 10-hectare community boasts of charming split-level homes surrounded by tall palm trees and lush landscaping. Future residents can choose from the two model homes currently offered: Carmela, with a floor area of 64 sq.m. on an 88 sq.m. lot; and Drina, with a floor area of 81 sq.m. on a 99 sq.m. lot. Located in Novaliches City, El Paseo is near SM Novaliches and top educational institutions like Ateneo and University of the Philippines.

Tierra del Sueño. The 24-hectare Spanish-inspired enclave is among the most exclusive developments in the vicinity. Tierra del Sueño presents a collection of models: Alejandra, Bellita, and Carmela with floor areas ranging from 31 sq.m. to 64 sq.m. on an 80 sq.m. lot. Lots only packages, each with a 110 sq.m. area, are also available. Prices range from P750,000  to P1.6 million. Inspired by the market’s great reception, it recently opened its third phase, Trails of Tierra del Sueño. Located in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, the development is just a few minutes away from SM Fairview and Robinson’s Fairview and easily accessible via Commonwealth Avenue and the Quirino-Lagro Road.

Northern metropolis is fast becoming a one-stop destination for business and relaxation with the area’s existing commercial establishments like SM Fairview, Robinson’s Mall and Fairview Center Mall; available enterprises offering various services for the convenience of its residents; and the continuous construction of new developments.
