Top realty firms showcase projects at Phil. STAR Property Fair 2007

Marking a first in Philippine real estate, The Philippine STAR puts together a comprehensive property fair showcasing the country’s best developers, designers and industry players all under one roof.
Set to open its doors to the public on March 24 to 25, 2007 at the Megatrade Hall 2 of SM Megamall, the two-day fair will house the latest developments from the biggest real estate companies, interior design options from leading designers, as well as expert information on real estate buying.
Heading the list of companies that are set to showcase their latest range of property developments buyers are Active Group, Avida of Ayala Land, Bain Bridge, Brittany Corporation, Community Innovations Inc., Crown Asia, DMCI Homes, Filinvest Land, Lake Shore, Lisondra, Luxor Villas, Macro Properties, P.A. Alvarez, Phinma Property Holdings Corp., Robinsons Land, and Silver Icon. A number of banks have also confirmed their participation to assist prospective buyers and investors with their financing requirements, notably Bank of the Philippine Islands, Citibank, LBC Bank and PS Bank.
The property fair is presented by The Philippine STAR in cooperation with DMCI Homes and the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP).
Apart from viewing the wide selection of projects and developments available from exhibitors, guests can also take advantage of the fair’s seminar series, where a variety of important topics on real estate and design will be discussed.
On the first day of the fair, the Land Registration Authority hosts a seminar on land ownership, covering land registration procedures, detecting fake land titles, and registration of voluntary and involuntary transactions. Ayala Land Inc. and REBAP, on the other hand, will discuss real estate trends and updates, covering real estate as investment and the elements of property valuation.
Seminars lined up on the second day of the fair will dwell on home design, home building and feng shui with some of the country’s most respected architects and designers, the Philippine School of Interior Design, and feng shui experts gracing the fair. PAG-IBIG Fund, SSS and guests from the banking industry will likewise discuss housing loan programs and bank offerings so buyers can get the most out of their hard-earned investment.
