Community Innovations Inc., a wholly owned-subsidiary of Ayala Land, seeks to fulfill the city dweller’s dream of living close to nature with their first residential community project in Manila, the Celadon Park San Lazaro. Recently inaugurated, Celadon Park is a 3-tower condominium community with a feature that is unique to it: 7,000 square meters of lush, landscaped open-space.
