Philtown Properties, one of the fastest growing real estate developers in the country, has recently carried on its US road show, invading Hawaii, Los Angeles and San Francisco by storm during several open house events.
Taking advantage on the increasing number of Filipinos abroad, Philtown senior vice president for sales and marketing Christopher Vergara, vertical sales/director Alvin Bobadilla, property consultant senior sales manager Maggie Cagurangan, and Patricia de Leon flew to Hawaii to celebrate the National Federation of Filipino American Association (NaFAA), an event which commemorated the hundredth year of Filipino migrants in the state.
The group was treated to a series of open house events in Los Angeles and San Francisco, where Philtowns representatives updated unit owners with a full progress report. They also called on prospective buyers, most of which were referrals of existing unit owners.
The trip more than paid for itself as the group received positive results from Filipinos abroad.
"The tour was a huge success," Vergara said. "We are elated at the confidence shown by our fellow Filipinos on Philtowns projects."
With its reputation of building notable landmarks, Philtown is quickly becoming the preferred developer in the Philippines.
The secret of its success is the business plans and timeliness which were strictly adhered to. Philtown has also garnered huge success on its high-end vertical projects such as One Mckinley Place, a luxurious high-end 43-storey residential condominium located in Fort Bonifacio, Fairways Tower, which will be completed in April next year, and The Metropolitan Tower, which offers playing rights to what, will be the countrys foremost sports club The Metropolitan Club.
The Metropolitan also offers Sky Lofts, which is the best in its class. There, the units offer a spectacular view of Makatis skyline, without any other building peering down on you. Now, Philtown is geared up to redefine Taft Avenue skies by launching its newest landmark on the rise, WH Taft Residences, which when completed will be overlooking De La Salle University.
With the increasing demand for residential condominium towers that will cater to varying clients palette, Philtown remains steadfast to its goal of providing astonishing landmarks that will not only gain national fervor, but will also achieve international acclaim.
