Breaking ground in the first quarter of 2007 is another testament to Rockwell Land Corp.’s (Rockwell) real estate prowess. Number One Rockwell, a high rise two-tower landmark condominium nestled within the sprawling 15 hectare Rockwell Center in Makati City.

The Z-shaped design, designed by local architects Pimentel Rodriguez Simbulan and Partners, raises the bar for premium residential spaces as it spans the entire width of the building, affording future residents vistas from one end to the other. Innovation does not end in its Z-shaped units. Rockwell’s architects, Miami-based Arquitectonica has conceptualized highly contrasting architectural designs for Number One Rockwell’s two towers to make a bold statement. Points meet curves in Number One Rockwell.

The 46-storey East tower, with its angular lightning-rod exterior, radically contrasts the 55-storey West tower’s curvilinear structure. The East tower will house over 800 units while the West tower will only have a total of 504.
