Construction of The Residences at Greenbelt’s second tower, San Lorenzo, has also started since its launch last year. "The corewall has been poured up to the third level, with preparations for the fourth floor now on the way," said Bautista.

Finally, the recent groundbreaking of the final tower, Manila, signals that all three towers of The Residences at Greenbelt is going full steam ahead right after the final tower launch last June. "We expect to begin with the excavation and construction of the substructures very soon," related Bautista.

Despite the challenges of keeping right on schedule while biding three towers simultaneously, Ayala Land Premier continuously emphasizes the importance of construction safety. "The Laguna Tower recently received the four million Safe Man Hours award from our general contractor EEI Corp.," said Bautista, as they target to receive the five million Safe Man Hours distinction in a few months time.
