Living the beautiful life

-
Beauty is difficult to come by. Generally our day can pass by without even catching a whiff of it and to be just touched by it is to be considered blessed. However, it has been the mission of maverick real estate developer, Brittany Corp., to turn beauty into a tangible reality.

"At Brittany Corp., beauty has always been at the heart of all our developments," said Jing Serrano, president of Brittany Corp. "When people speak of dream homes, they always mention the word, "beautiful." That’s why we use the finest creative designs, most innovative planning, first class building materials and the best people - these are all meant to achieve one thing — a beautiful home."

It is commitment to beauty and quality that has been infused in all of their masterfully planned communities. Brittany Bay, Portofino, Georgia Club, Caribe at The Islands, and CrossWinds all have a natural refinement that hides the intense effort and painstaking attention to detail that took to create them.

These beautiful properties are born out of passion and a relentless pursuit of excellence by Brittany Corp.’s people. From the engineers and architects to the landscaper artists, each person on the Brittany Corp. team are bringing their all to spring an ambitious blueprint to life.

To properly capture beauty, Brittany Corp. opened their properties to the country’s best photographers: Bien Bautista, Jun de Leon, George Tapan, Wig Tysmans, and Romy Vitug. Each development was given one star photographer and each photographer was given one word to guide their lens: beautiful. The allure of the properties fused with the talents of the photographers to create some of the most magnificent images ever taken of any local property.

"While this has never been done before, it does not come as a surprise that it came to fruition. After all, where there is beauty, photographers cannot be too far away," said Serrano.
Bien Bautista and Brittany Bay
Bien’s photographs capture Brittany Bay as a charming neighborhood with "neighbor" being the operative word. His photographs always give a sense of community and belonging and one can easily imagine children at play and families gathering around the grill.

Brittany Bay was inspired by San Francisco and it successfully captures the laid-back and bohemian essence of that city. The neo-Victorian architecture is exquisitely classic while radiating warmth.

Though very near the Sucat Interchange on SLEX, Brittany Bay is a quiet community because of its lush greenery that gives off fresh air and buffers noise from the highway. The strategic landscaping in Brittany Bay and the rest of the properties reflects Brittany Corp.’s meticulous planning and mindful use of resources that seek to not only beautify but also enhance the community as well.
Jun de Leon and Georgia’s Environment
Jun de Leon’s lens aimed at Georgia Club’s verdant surroundings that drew inspiration from the southern estates of America’s landed gentry.

Located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Georgia Club reflects the architectural style of the genteel South through its gabled roofs, high ceilings, and porches to let Mother Nature become part of the household. It is obvious that de Leon saw nature as an important element in the beauty of Georgia Club and brings it to life with a master’s touch.

Wig Tysmans and Classic Italian Beauty

Wig Tysmans’ images zoom in on Mediterranean-inspired homes of the Courtyards of Portofino. The fountains flow freely and glisten in the sun against a backdrop of grand villas steeped with the radiant spirit of Tuscany.

Situated along the Las Pinas-Cavite, Laguna, and Muntinlupa Link Road, each nook and corner of Portofino can serve as a setting for a romantic proposal, a stolen kiss, or simply a leisurely walk with loved ones. Tysmans’ photographs are a moving portrait of Italian passion for beauty.
Caribe and Romy Vitug
Romy Vitug’s photographs depict Caribe’s vibrancy. Inspired by different island resorts, the community overflows with carefree vibe that comes with an expectation of something exciting just around the corner. The photographs burst with color showing off the community’s character and flavor.

Caribe at The Islands is bound by the Molino-Paliparan Highway and Governor’s Drive and one easily gets the impression through Vitug’s photographs that the community is designed as a getaway that puts a sense of fun into everyday existence.
