New review sked for licensure exam

Urban Institute of Real Estate announced that it will now conduct an evening seminar and review in preparation for the licensure examination of real estate brokers. This move was in response to the numerous requests from working professionals who cannot attend afternoon classes. The evening session was set every Monday and will start on Sept. 25 and then on Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 and Nov. 6 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Max’s Restaurant, Glorietta 2, Makati.

The Department of Trade and Industry has set the real estate broker’s examination in Nov. 26. Meanwhile, the Urban Institute of Real Estate has also set its regular schedule for Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar (CRES) and review as follows:

Tuesday afternoon section will be on Sept. 26, Oct. 3, 10, 17, 24 and Nov. 7 from 1:15 to 6:45 p.m. at Max’s Restaurant, Glorietta 2, Makati. The Saturday afternoon section will be at the same time and venue and will be held on Oct. 7, 14, 21, 28 and Nov. 4 and 18 while the Thursday afternoon section will be held at Max’s Restaurant at Gateway Mall, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City on Sept. 28, Oct. 5, 12, 19, 26 and Nov. 9, same time slot.

Urban also announced that updated copies of "Comprehensive Notes and Reviewer For Real Estate Broker’s Examination" and "Mastering the Real Estate Broker’s Exam" prepared by Engr. Enrico Cruz, 1st and 8th placer in the real estate appraisers and brokers board examination respectively, and Atty. Rex Enrico Cruz III are now available for distribution to aspiring examinees who will be taking the real estate brokers board examination.
