Eventually, the village plans to offer other services like landscaping, car washing, catering and events organizing to help coordinate birthday parties and similar gatherings. "We also hope to provide a laundry service and even a technical butler who can assist residents in setting up equipment like computers or a home theater system," adds Cruz.
While offering extra services are common in residential buildings, this is the first time that such efforts are undertaken in a subdivision. "We have done extensive research to find out what our residents like and what services would answer their needs," relates Cruz. "Because Ayala Greenfield Estates would pioneer the concept of providing such services, we made sure that what we offer is tailor-made for our residents to ensure their comfort. The extra services will also enhance their appreciation of being part of this community."
The personalized services also extend to the Ayala Greenfield Golf and Leisure Club. Says Laurent Lamasuta, general manager of the Ayala Greenfield Golf and Leisure Club, "We want our residents to feel comfortable and truly enjoy the value of living at Ayala Greenfield Estates. The care and attention that the Club provides its members begins even before they set foot at course. Staff drivers n golf carts can pick up the members at the parking area and take them to the clubhouse and back. Should they desire, the golfers can even be taken directly to the courses Hole #1. The Club also provides valet parking service.
The club staff is always on hand to ensure the members comfort, serving refreshments after the golfers finish the first 9 holes, and distributing cold towels and water as they make their way back to the clubhouse after the 18th hole. While members can enjoy a round of golf with other members or with friends, the residents golf director and marshal can also join the party to share tips on improving their game.
