SM Dev’t breaks ground for Mezza

-
SM Development sustains its dynamic entry in residential and tourism development with the recent groundbreaking for Mezza Residences, its follow-up to the hugely successful Chateau Elysee and its first high-rise project. Elizabeth Sy, senior VP for marketing of SM Prime Holdings (center) led the ceremony together with (from left) Engr. Carlo Alampay (senior project manager-SM Development Corp.), Ramil Lombos (VP-BDO Realty Corp.), Nestor Tan (president-BDO Realty Corp.), Rogelio Cabuñag (president-SM Development Corp.), Julie Jalandoni (assistant VP marketing-SM Development) and Dennis Abcede Jr. (D.A. Abcede and Associates).

SM Development is earmarking P5.2 billion to develop Mezza Residences, a 38-storey, four-tower condominium located across SM Centerpoint in Sta. Mesa, Manila.

Units will come in one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations and are being offered at prices well suited for the urban middle market.

Mezza Residences takes off from the ‘community beside a mall’ concept seen in its maiden offering Chateau Elysee, which is a mere five minutes away from SM Bicutan in Parañaque. This time, Sta. Mesa’s SM Centerpoint will be the anchor mall for the project.

Initial market uptake has been strong with great response coming from entrepreneurs, medical students and professionals and middle-income families.

SM Development Corp. is the real estate development arm of the SM Group of Companies, designing and creating homes and leisure and tourism projects for the active premium middle market segment. For more information, call 8315151 or email us at [email protected] or visit www.smdevelopment.com.
