Custom home sites are priced from P2.5 million to P5.8 million, while home and lot packages range from P7.2 million to P15.2 million.

True to its Caribbean -Floridian influences, Caribé residences are distinguished by colorful, textured exteriors with white moldings. Gabled facades are completed by doors and windows highlighted by shutters. Wooden floors contrast delightfully with "coffered" ceilings, which are elaborately styled and recessed.
