CALIFORNIA GARDEN SQUARE A MARKETING SUCCESS
March 16, 2006 | 12:00am
Leading township developer Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. is making remarkable headway in marketing California Garden Square in Mandaluyong City. The project has 25 medium-rise residential-and-commercial buildings in eight clusters-Anaheim, Burbank, Carlton, Dayton, El Dorado, Fairfax, Glenhaven and Henessy.
Now 98.7 percent sold, with only 37 units left of its 2,903 homes, the project's main draw is its loft-type homes: two-level, two-bedroom homes ranging from 57.5 to 81 square meters.
The upper level is spacious enough for two bedrooms. The partitions are in place, with a toilet/bath in the master's bedroom. Meanwhile, the lower level allows residents to explore various layout options. Here, they can specify the size of their living room, dining area and kitchen according to their space requirements and style preferences. Already provided are a toilet/bath and kitchen counter.
California Garden Square features a wide range of play amenities. Sure to be a weekend hangout for families is a resort-style recreational area that showcases a two-story clubhouse overlooking a swimming pool. The clubhouse will host a squash court, gym, multipurpose hall and showers with changing quarters.
Set to join these completed amenities are a California-style shopping strip and a nursery and day care center.
For the residents' convenience, the MRT-3's Shaw Boulevard station is within walking distance from the project. Many other establishments are located just around the corner, from Cardinal Santos Medical Center and Medical City to De La Salle Greenhills, Poveda Learning Center, St. Paul's College and OB Montessori.
An abundance of malls demonstrate the project's easy access to the finest leisure destinations. A short ride away are the Shangri-La Plaza, Rustan's Department Store, SM Megamall, Robinson's Galleria, Starmall, EDSA Central Shopping District, Cherry Foodarama and Greenhills Shopping Center.
The four towers of Cluster Anaheim have already been handed over while Clusters Burbank, Carlton and Dayton are currently being turned over to homeowners. Clusters El Dorado and Fairfax are slated for delivery by 2006, Glenhaven by 2007 and Henessy by 2008.
Those interested in owning the last few remaining units at California Garden Square may contact 867-8937 to 41 today. Bare and dressed-up model units are open for viewing at Cluster Dayton.
