Seeing is believing

It was a partnership made in heaven.
Alfonso Reyno Jr., owner of Manila Jockey Club, was looking for the right partner to realize his dream of developing a portion of his vast 77-hectare property in Carmona, Cavite into the perfect residential haven.
He could have approached anybody since his property was a developers dream. The land is the site of the San Lazaro Leisure Park, where the formerly Manila-based race track transferred.
Pagcor is also operating a casino in the area. The Terrain was perfect. The lands high elevation allowed for an unblocked view of the waters and provided a cool climate. And to think this place was only a 24-minute drive from Makati.
The Manila Jockey Club then decided to partner with Century Properties, owned by Ambassador Jose Antonio, for a more than P2 billion project called Canyon Ranch. "We chose Century and Joey Antonio because Ive seen what he has done in his other project. He goes for perfection, beauty and quality. I wanted a work of art to show to the world," Reyno said.
Undeniably, purchasing a home is a major investment, and with the soaring prices of commodities, finding a house and lot these days at a budget price is a hard undertaking.
Uniquely, the Napa Homes at Canyon Ranch is one big welcome surprise at only P1.8 million. According to developer Century Communities Corp.s managing director Marco Antonio, the Napa Homes at Canyon Ranch offers first-time home buyers or those simply looking to make a change, an opportunity to own a quality home in a first-class development at a remarkably reasonable price. "For a low downpayment and only P300 a day you can own a Napa home at Canyon Ranch," Antonio enthuses.
Perched on the foothills of Carmona and part of the San Lazaro Leisure Park, Canyon Ranch is a perfectly orchestrated masterplanned 17 hectare residential development that combines the warmth of country living with the amenities of todays modern conveniences. It is the only development nearest to Metro Manila that combines all three unique and exceptional features terrain, location and climate. Such elevation allows Canyon Ranch residents to enjoy spectacular views of Laguna de Bay, the hills of Antipolo, Mount Banahaw, Mount Makiling and the world-class Manila Jockey Club.
There are seven attractive homes at Canyon Ranch each of which is designed to accommodate different lifestyles," "But, I must say, Napa is one distinct home collection that is exceptionally favored by many," says chief executive marketing officer, Emil Perez. At 50 square meters, the duplex style, two storey Napa home is well designed. It has provisions for three bedrooms with two toilets and baths and porch.
"If the view outside is breathtaking, the view from within is dazzling," remarks Perez. The two model Napa Homes, petite and beautiful are well designed in gold and champagne aptly to give one a feel of space.
