Tagaytays cool weather makes it the undeniable nearby weekend destination for Metro Manila residents.
The cool, fresh breezes at this altitude and the almost daily occurrence of fogs make this city a hit especially for couples.
Near Tagaytay, but closer to Metro Manila, lies a growing city that is also blessed with a cool weather. South Forbes Golf City in Metro Sta. Rosa boasts of fresh breezes and a verdant foliage of trees, much like Tagaytay. This new citys elevation ranges from 200 to 250 meters above sea level, making the weather cool and affording residents magnificent views of Mt. Makiling and Laguna de Bay at its highest vantage points.
The weather, however, is not the only aspect of South Forbes that is cool. The resort-inspired residences here are "cool" as well. Crafted by renowned Interior designers Ivy and Cynthia Almario, the Coralia and Lovina model units at South Forbes Bali Mansions make modern Asian designs appealing for discriminating homeowners.
The two sisters have clear distinctions between the two model units. "The Coralia is Asian-modern with Balinese touches," says Cynthia. The graceful hand metal designs and intricate floral woodcarvings are a testament to the Balinese design. The dining room itself was inspired by nature, as large wooden leaves grace the glass bowls elevating dining to a nourishing activity for ones spirit.
The drama extends to the bedrooms as well. The girls room comes in an exciting fuchsia and apple green color scheme, while the red motif of the masters bedroom will surely ignite passion every day of the couples life.
In contrast, the Lovina is "Asian-modern in a more contemporary setting," according to Cynthia. Her sister Ivy adds, "The accessories the artworks and ceramic ware are more modern. Its a more contemporary line in general."
The white ceramic wares welcome visitors upon entry at the main door. These stand in stark contrast to the dark wood finish of the living room storage space that can also double as a library. The dining rooms features wood and leather for the chairs, making for a contemporary look. The walls are graced mostly by modern Japanese paintings of kimonos and natural elements such as conifers.
So that the whole family will get to preview the cool features of South Forbes and appreciate the design differences and nuances of the Coralia and Lovina two ultra-cool, resort-inspired model units at South Forbes Bali Mansions call (02) 635-8108 or (02) 636-4647 or visit www.southforbes.com.
