Golfers’ dream come true

Golfers dream of playing amidst perfectly manicured fairways, conspicuous water and sand formations, and a lush foliage of trees. They also like playing in naturally mountainous terrains because these pose additional challenges to their game.

These wishes are now being incorporated in the final golf course design plans of the 18-hole South Forbes Golf and Leisure Club. International Management Group (IMG) worldwide director of golf course design Brit Stenson and IMG Singapore project manager Steve Shepherdson recently visited the site to find out how their design can conform to the natural terrain as well as maintain the site’s tree cover. With all the plans in place, construction of the golf course is slated to start this October, according to Cathay Land President Jeffrey Ng.

The site visit coincided with an exciting open house for investors and the soft launch of the new South Forbes Bali Mansions Coralia model unit. Bali Mansions offers luxurious resort-inspired living.
