The next big thing

Ayala Westgrove Heights is a fully integrated and master-planned community touted as "The Next Big Thing after Ayala Alabang." Much like its well received predecessor, Ayala Westgrove Heights is an upscale neighborhood that follows a grand vision of a sustainable and progressive community.

It is a unique residential environment where many conveniences and well-executed ideas meet. To achieve this vision, Ayala Land provided a nearby venue for business establishments – Laguna Technopark Inc. wherein companies such as Honda Cars, National Panasonic and Hitachi Corporation are located among over 100 others. There are also shopping destinations such as the Westgrove Retail Center and Rustan’s, as well as religious and educational institutions for the convenience of homeowners.

Ayala Land’s actions have been so successful that the area has in fact become a new educational hub which hosts prestigious institutions such as St. Scholastica’s College — Westgrove (which land and building donated by Ayala Land to the sisters of St. Scholastica), DLSU-Canlubang, Don Bosco University and Brent School.

Set within a former mango orchard, Ayala Westgrove Heights has been developed with quality of life in mind. This is truly an ideal subdivision for families to build their homes and a key opportunity for investors, as proven with over 1,500 lots sold since its launch.

One of the most enticing amenities of Ayala Westgrove Heights includes the main clubhouse. It is a center for active fun, with two outdoor basketball courts plus an indoor court, four tennis courts, swimming pools and a Jacuzzi, kiddie play area, gym, game rooms, table tennis area, and a main social hall with four smaller activity rooms.

The Kidsgrove Clubhouse, meanwhile, is for more "kid-centric" activities, with a junior-sized basketball court, interactive wet and dry play areas for kids, kiddie pool and an indoor toddler room.

As part of the plan, there will be future amenities that are currently undergoing construction and are near completion. The Westgrove Sports Center will be the third clubhouse and will be a complex filled with sports facilities: indoor tennis courts, badminton courts, kiddie play area, game rooms, social hall and activity areas, indoor basketball courts, putting greens and a wellness center. This complex will be a series of small interconnected buildings that allow maximization of open space.

Other much-awaited establishments are the Westgrove Retail Center (which will eventually have a BPI branch, Mercury Drugstore and a number of cafes and restaurants), and the Westgrove Church which is set to break ground within the year.

All features of Ayala Westgrove Heights are tied into the master-plan which provides for more than 50 percent of total land area devoted to open space. The prime subdivision has taken advantage of this open space and has created environment-friendly attractions such as the Central Park (a six-hectare park with three lagoons, fishing decks, gazebos, pavilions, a competition-sized football field, tennis courts, bike and jogging trails), the mango orchard and the Bird and Wildlife Sanctuary – which hosts over 90 species of birds.
