This was announced by Rosemarie C. Basa, executive vice-president of the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Associations (CREBA) and exposition chairperson.
The expo aims to gather developers, investors, banks and other financing institutions and the public buyers and end-users, especially families striving to become homeowners.
Among the developers exhibiting their products are Alanda E-Realty, Almeda Inc. Benjamin Construction, Brittany, Cathay Land Inc., Crown Asia/Polar, Empire East Corp., Jardine Land, Central Country, DMCI Homes, Durabille Realty Development Corp., Elysian Field.
Federal Land, Extraordinary Earth and Style, Fil-Estate, Fortune Star, Goldland, Heritage Park. Homeowners Development Corp., Lexber Realty/Holiday, Macro Properties, M. Abubakar Consolidated, Magnificent Ventures, Masterpieces, JTKC Land Inc., North Woods Realty Development Corp.
One Asia Development Corp., R-II Builders, RJ Lhinet, Serve Quest, State Properties Corp., Sunrise Holiday Concept, The Shang Grand Tower Corp. V.V. Soliven. More developers have made reservations for exhibit booths.
Supporting the Expo with exhibit booths are the China Bank, Land Bank of the Philippines, LBC Bank, Makati Foundry, Philippine Savings Bank and Social Security System (SSS).
Basa said hotels, suppliers, contractors and related industry groups occupying booths are Bayview Hotel, Boracay Regency, DSL Enterprises, Gaffor, Incuse Solutions, Jett Water Heater Company, Lorimar, Multi-Line Design Systems Inc. Nakayawa, Pars Builders, Paradise Chemical, PhilMetal Products Inc., Philippine Ecopanel, Puyat Vinyl Products Inc., Rapid Forming, Spurway Enterprises, Stoneworks Corp., Sycwin Coating and Wires Inc., Techno Asia, and Unipac.
Industry groups supporting the expo are the National Real Estate Association (NREA), Philippine Association of Realtors Boards (PAREB), Society of Industrial-Residential-Commercial Realty Organizations (SIRCRO), and Society of Philippine Review Appraisers Inc. (SPRAI).
