Redefining leisure

The concept of "forging memories that bond the family" was Ayala Land Inc.’s (ALI) inspiration for creating its first leisure project in the North — another vivid example of a long-term vision that proves the company’s leadership in the real property market. The name selected for this pioneering project is Anvaya Cove, a name drawn from the ancient Sanskirt word that means "Family."

"Of all the people in the world, Filipinos are the ones who put family above all," said ALI vice president Ma. Victoria E. Añonuevo, who is also the head of the company’s leisure and lifestyle communities group. "Despite our busy schedules, most of us strive to make time for our families. Anvaya also pertains to the concept of "the natural order of things," a concept embodied in this development that will strive to work with the lay of the land and enhance the natural beauty of the varied characteristics of the landscapes within.

ALI’s decision to embark on this landmark development was also sparked by the fact that, for many years now, the demand for residential resorts and leisure living has been growing in the country.

"Ayala Land has recognized the potential of venturing into residential resort developments and we hope that our expertise and experience will raise the bar of such developments throughout the country," explained Añonuevo. "Through Anvaya Cove, we hope to redefine the concept of a leisure community by emerging it with the concept of family togetherness while retaining, protecting and harnessing the natural beauty that already exists in the site. "Thus is born a first-of-its-kind leisure residential resort where every aspect is geared toward creating the perfect setting for meaningful family bonding.

Anvaya Cove is envisioned as a place that will bond relationships with your family, with nature, and with yourself. It is set within a naturally beautiful seaside residential leisure estate just north of Manila - in the neighboring town of Morong, Bataan, near the pulsating leisure destination of the SBMA with its many new restaurants and activity nodes such as the Ocean Adventure, El Kabayo, Zoobic, Extreme Adventure, eco-trails and the like.
